Marco and Francesca are a small family-run farm, Rosmarinus. They live and work in the wild hinterland of the extreme west of Liguria, in Perinaldo. They produce only one wine, Rossese di Dolceacqua D.O.C and extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca olives, all in small quantities. Over time Marco has torn from the brambles and brought olive trees back into production, distilled essential oils, he became passionate about beekeeping and in 2001 he planted 1.2 hectares of vineyard
