Stefano Amerghi's Syrah is the most faithful and truthful mirror of what the territory of Cortona is. It is vinified in cement with maturation for 24 months in small barrels. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose intense aromas of red fruit, notes of tobacco and spices. Psychè is the red wine of Marenna that comes from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging takes place for 8 months between large oak, concrete and steel barrels.
