Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The Pinot Noir of Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is an elegant and fresh wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard called Les Vernois which rests on soils composed of calcareous marl from Lias.
