Producer Domaine de Vigneaux

Domaine des Vigneaux is located in Valvignières a small village located to the west of the Rhône valley in the Coteaux of the Ardèche. A beautiful region crossed by the Ardèche River where grazing of the vine is lost in the night of the times. Managed by Christophe Comte, with the help of his wife Hèlène, who cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards according to the principles of biodynamics, which are found on peat-clay soils. The bred vines are Chardonnay and Viognier for white berries, Sirah and Grenache for red berries. Few treatments in vineyard, limited use of copper and zinc in order to develop a set of vineyards, soil and nature. In the cellar only spontaneous vinification with the help of indigenous yeasts, bottled wines without filtration and with minimum use of sulfur dioxide. Domaine des Vigneaux produces mainly Vins de Pays, which is characterized by its freshness and high visibility.
