Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Porca Loca is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes which ages for 11 months in tanks of cemnto. An explosion of red berry fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, with imperceptible tannins and a pleasant drink.

Une Tranche by Philippe Jambon is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Sirah and Mourvedre, grapes that come from vineyards located in Vaison-la-Romaine (Rhone). Spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration seeds. Aged in concrete tanks and bottled without sulphites.

Anne is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The grapes come from vines raised Apulian sapling of about 70 years. Pure as blood, straight and enveloping, soft and intense, like it should be, and faithful to the land it comes from. Ripe fruit on the nose, alcoholic certainly, but without this impairing the balance and structure of this "Lady" as the name suggests.

Antonio Camillo's Principio is a ciliegiolo red wine that ages for six months in cement, with an explosion of fresh fruit aromas with spicy and menthol notes. The sip is fresh and lively, with well-mixed tannins and a pleasant finish. A young wine with a disruptive drink.

Georges Descombes' Brouilly AOC is a long-limbed and polite, harmonious red wine, which manages to combine something fleshy and ephemeral with a satisfying and long-lasting relaxation. The most incredible thing is its juiciness while the most difficult thing is to weave with it a lot, a lot of refinement. Carbonic maceration in pre-fermentation, slow and delicate pressing. Unfiltered, not to mention that it is a simple beaujolais.

Fusion by Domaine No Control is an explosive and energetic wine named after Vincent's favorite musical style for its mix of hip-hop and energetic rock.
