Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

Beautiful declination of Aglianico: fresh and alive. The nose is a red fruit salad with the usual savory notes in the background. Slender and juicy mouth. The final "e" of the name is not pronounced and it stands for red.

The Chianti Classico DOCG by Tenuta di Carleone is an elegant, precise, clean wine. The essence of Radda in Chianti, perfectly balanced between matter, fruit, acidity and tannin. Obtained from Sangiovese grapes, fermentation takes place in raw cement vats, with about 40 days of maceration. Refines for 18 months in steel and concrete. 570 "Allius" di Montecorneo is a tonic and crunchy version of Montepulciano. A part of the grapes is pressed, the rest undergoes a semi-carbonic fermentation, in order to let the wine express the fresher soul of the grape, deliberately avoiding a concentrated effect.

The Rosso di Cascina Fontana is a juicy and balanced wine that is produced from red grapes. Intense and pleasant nose, with a bouquet rich in fruity, floral and beautiful earthy notes in evidence. Vigneri Rosso is ruby red in color. On the nose you can recognize aromas of red berry fruit, raspberry and cherry, with mineral, earthy and spicy notes. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, fresh and soft, balanced with a velvety tannin.

The Marche Rosso Vigna di Gino is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the classic blend of Rosso Piceno. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Aging for 12 months in cement tanks and 10% in tonneaux. Ruby red wine with a nose that expresses notes of berries and tobacco. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, delicate and easy to drink.

Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore di Scala is an intense and warm red wine obtained from pure gaglioppo grapes. The grapes come from vines whose average age is around 30 years, which grow at about 200 meters above sea level on a clayey and calcareous soil. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, and here they are softly pressed, then macerating on the skins for 15 days and fermenting in concrete tanks. In the same tanks the wine rests for 24 months.

The Massal is a fresh and juicy red wine made from 100% Merlot grapes. It refines for a year in cement and expresses fruity aromas of small red fruits, followed by light spicy notes. In the mouth it is dry, medium bodied, lively freshness and flavor.

Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times. Refine in concrete tanks for about a year. A perfectly successful wine with a brilliant ruby red color with characteristic aromas of black cherries and violets. On the palate it is fresh, agile with a remarkable persistence in spite of the slender structure.
