Note di Rosso by Alessandro Viola is a red wine that comes from a blend of Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Nerello Mascalese grapes that come from vines planted in 2006 in the Pietra Rinosa and Fastuchera districts. Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

Gattorosso by Sàgona is a juicy and medium-bodied red wine made with an important base of Sangiovese, to which are added other red berried grapes traditionally grown in Tuscany: Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo. Fermentations take place separately for each grape variety with indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine then ages for 10 months in concrete and steel tanks.

Hommage à Robert is a juicy and fragrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Gamay. Wine is the first entirely natural cuvée produced by Gillles Azzoni, dedicated to his mentor Robert, who passed away in 2000. El Marciano is a red wine produced from Garnacha de la Sierra de Gredos grapes that come from 70 year old vineyards. Aging on steel tanks.
