Vin de France Granite by Michel Guignier is an elegant and complex red wine made from Gamay grapes grown in the splendid vineyards near Michel's house, which are located in the Morgon appellation, characterized by soils of decomposed granite and friable shales defined at the regional level like "rotten rock". This wine was fermented in cement tanks using whole bunches and, after pressing, using a vertical wooden press that slowly and gently presses the grapes, it is transferred to large and old wooden barrels with a capacity of between 20 hectoliters and 37 hectoliters.

Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with young tannins and good freshness. It closes with a long and fresh finish.

Les 1er Ponts by Recrue Des Sens is a fine and elegant red wine made from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from an old vineyard located on the mountain of the abbey of Saint-Vivant de Vergy close to those of the Domaine de la Romanee Conti. The nose expresses beautiful aromas of red berries, blueberries and currants in particular. In the mouth it is ample, firm, covered with a soft and enveloping tannic texture. The finish is long and pleasantly fresh. We are facing a wine that will be splendid in the future.

The Domaine Pierre Frick with its Pinot Noir Stein is confirmed as an indispensable point of reference on the Alsatian landscape.
