Producer Clos Fantine

Clos Fantine is located in the village of Cabrerolles near Faugeres, in the Languedoc region of France. The domaine was created by Olivier Andrieu's father who today, together with his two sisters Corine and Carole, manages it, carrying on the father's work and ideas. Today Olivier cultivates 22 hectares of vineyards with an average age of around 80 years, where we mainly find Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre and some Syrah. Winemaking embraces the precepts of non-invasiveness, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, long macerations without temperature control, no clarification or filtration, no addition of sulfur dioxide, this is the business card of Clos Fantine.
