570 "Allius" di Montecorneo is a tonic and crunchy version of Montepulciano. A part of the grapes is pressed, the rest undergoes a semi-carbonic fermentation, in order to let the wine express the fresher soul of the grape, deliberately avoiding a concentrated effect.
