The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. The Neroir has a ruby red color of good transparency. On the nose the aromas are intense and with a dominion of the fruity component, where we can catch hints of cherry and berries, to which are added delicate floral, spicy and humus notes. Perdersi e Ritrovarsi is a red wine that well represents the Campania region and is obtained from a blend of Aglianico, Barbera del Sannio, and Piedirosso. It shows a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of red fruit, marasca cherry and plum, with notes of violet and china. At the sip emerges freshness and salinity. It is elegant and the nuance of earth alternating with the smell of smoking make the wine ample and ethereal.al.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

In the mouth it is medium bodied, warm, characterized by a pronounced acidity as in the style of Barbera. Closes with an excellent finish.
