Aging takes place for 12 months in large wooden barrels. On the nose fine and elegant aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, perfectly balanced in the fusion between acidity and tannic texture. Very long finish.

Ut Bibendum is a red wine obtained from a blend of Canaiolo, black Malvasia and Pugnitello. One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Supersannios is made from pure local red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards planted years ago by Ennio's father-in-law, and were sold locally. Ennio began to vinify them with a maceration on the skins of about 20 and he refined them for a few months in steel tanks. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Supersannios by the glass has a deep ruby red color with aromas ranging from red berry fruit to spices. The sip is warm, enveloping, juicy and with good length.
