Le Zu defruit by Jerome Lambert is a red wine made from Grolleau that come from vines planted on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation for two weeks, before pressing and aging for nine months in fiberglass vats. A wine with notes of fruit and spices, well balanced and absolutely delicious.

Hey! A dernier Côt? by Barbara Lebled is a fresh and fruity red wine, which comes from the Loire. It is produced with Côt grapes, as the malbec vine is called in the Loire Valley, which come from vines planted in the 1980s. Vinified with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 25 days in steel. The name of the wine is, surprise surprise, a play on words. "Hey! A Dernier Coup?" roughly translates to "Hey, one last drink?".

BB is a red wine produced from Bobal grapes. The grapes come from old vines that rise on clayey-calacarea soils. Harvesting is done by hand. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for 1 or 3 days depending on the vintage. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and refining for several months in steel tanks. It is a fresh and crunchy wine. The nose shows all its strength, with aromas of ripe red fruit, notes of spices and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is light, with an amazing ease of drinking.
