Le Zu defruit by Jerome Lambert is a red wine made from Grolleau that come from vines planted on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation for two weeks, before pressing and aging for nine months in fiberglass vats. A wine with notes of fruit and spices, well balanced and absolutely delicious.

La Cuvée du Chat "is a Gamay-based red wine made in collaboration between Marie Lapierre and Jean-Claude Chanudet. It is ruby red in color. The nose expresses the red berry fruit, black cherry, followed by light floral notes of cyclamen. In the mouth it is medium bodied, with amalgamated tannins, endowed with beautiful freshness, it closes long with an aftertaste characterized by a balsamic and spicy taste.

Perdersi e Ritrovarsi is a red wine that well represents the Campania region and is obtained from a blend of Aglianico, Barbera del Sannio, and Piedirosso. It shows a deep ruby red color. The Gaillac Rouge AOP "Vendemia" is a red wine obtained from a blend of indigenous Gaillac grapes, such as Duras and Braucol. Aging in steel tanks. Completo is a daily red wine made from a blend of red grapes and comes from a collaboration of Bruna Ferro with its Norwegian importer, NON DOS. The grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and vinified spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Refine for a few months in steel tanks before being bottled in its classic 1 liter bottle and with a screw cap closure. Completo comes to the glass with a ruby red color. Fruity and vinous aromas can be recognized on the nose. At the sip it is fresh and essential, with a monstrous ability to let itself be drunk. A daily, simple and authentic wine.

Hey! A dernier Côt? by Barbara Lebled is a fresh and fruity red wine, which comes from the Loire. It is produced with Côt grapes, as the malbec vine is called in the Loire Valley, which come from vines planted in the 1980s. Vinified with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 25 days in steel. The name of the wine is, surprise surprise, a play on words. "Hey! A Dernier Coup?" roughly translates to "Hey, one last drink?".

Trousseau des Corvées by Domaine de la Tournelle is a 100% Trousseau-based red wine grown on gray marl from the lias. Manual harvest and de-stemming in the vineyard. BB is a red wine produced from Bobal grapes. The grapes come from old vines that rise on clayey-calacarea soils. Harvesting is done by hand. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for 1 or 3 days depending on the vintage. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and refining for several months in steel tanks. It is a fresh and crunchy wine. The nose shows all its strength, with aromas of ripe red fruit, notes of spices and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is light, with an amazing ease of drinking.
