The Riesling Trocken "Faß 6 Senior" by Peter Lauer is a lively, juicy and mineral white wine, obtained with the homonymous grapes that come from ancient vines located on steep soils. Slow spontaneous fermentation in traditional barrels, and aging on the fine lees in steel for 8 months. The indication "Fab 6" indicates the provenance from a specific barrel, used every year for the production of the same wine, according to the oldest customs of the cellar.

Sorga Blanc by La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Mauzav and Chardonnay grapes, which come from old vines located on Villafranchiani land in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar, the vinification takes place with a whole cluster fermentation for the Mauzac with maceration on the skins for 60 days instead, the Chardonnay is pressed directly .; the two wines are blended once the fermentation is over. Maturation in concrete for 6 months. Neither filtered nor clarified, without the addition of sulfur. A surprisingly full wine for such a low alcohol content, with a long finish that plays on minerality.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Leukò di 'A Vita is a white wine with a Mediterranean character and a fresh and territorial profile. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and aging in steel tanks for 8 months. Ligreza is a wonderful orange wine made from pure white grapes that make a maceration of 20 days on the skins. Refine on its fine lees for several months in steel tanks. Kamara Winery's Retsina Traditional is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. A wine known since ancient times, it is produced with the addition, during fermentation, of small pieces of Aleppo pine resin from the mountains of the island of Evia, which give the retsina its unique character and aroma. SP68 Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine that best expresses the personality of Sicily. Born from a blend of Albanello and Zibibbo. It has a straw yellow color. On the nose are obvious hints of exotic fruit, honey and Mediterranean scrub. The mouth is fresh, mineral with a slightly almond-shaped closure.
