The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The sip is dry, soft and full-bodied, with excellent flavor, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Catavela di Denavolo is a simple and highly drinkable macerated white wine, produced from a blend of white grapes. It has a slightly golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. Sassaia is a fragrant and savory white wine produced from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. Aging for 10 months in oak barrels. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of yellow pulp fruit, including peach, mineral notes, and toasted undertones. On the palate it is deep, warm, enveloping, with a beautiful freshness and long persistence. Kaplja is a white wine of strength and personality that comes from a blend of Chardonnay, Friulano and Istrian Malvasia grapes. Refine and rest for 23 months in large oak barrels. Marne Bianco is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 15 years. Fermentation and aging take place in cement tanks. The nose opens on aromas of white-fleshed fruit and flowers, with mineral notes. In the mouth it is of great tension, full-bodied with a nice sapid vein and a fresh shoulder acidity. Great drinkability.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

Marko Fon's Istrian Malvasia is a dynamic and elegant white wine made from pure Malvasia grapes that come from vines found on the red lands of the Karst. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. It is not filtered before bottling. the nose is elegant with citrus, honeyed and spicy notes. The sip is enveloping, warm, dynamic, characterized by a beautiful freshness. The finish is long and persistent. A great wine, extremely pleasant and with a good drink.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

La Petite Arvine by La Source is a white wine based on the homonymous vine that refines for several months in steel. On the nose it releases fruity and floral scents with notes of exotics.
