FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. "U Giancu" by Possa is a white wine of beautiful freshness and drink, made from white grapes. Aged half in oak and acacia barriques and half in steel containers for 8 months. Assembly in steel with natural settling before bottling for another two months. Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. SP68 Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine that best expresses the personality of Sicily. Born from a blend of Albanello and Zibibbo. It has a straw yellow color. O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.
