"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.

Blan 5.7 is a white wine produced with Parellada and Maccabeu grapes by Jordi Llorens in Blancafort, in the Conca de Barberà. Manual harvest, 4 days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation and six months of aging on the lees in large underground amphorae. The nose is very fragrant, with hints of Mediterranean fruit and citrus. On the palate it is very silky, dry, with a good acidity that makes it very refreshing.

Santyuste Vino de Pueblo is a tasty and lively white wine produced with Verdejo from vineyards between the ages of 140 and 200, which are found in four different sites at an altitude of about 800-850 meters, planted on calcareous and sandy soils. "La Bella" by Oriol Artigas is a white wine produced from 100% Pansa Blanca grapes. It is a crunchy and pleasantly sapid wine. The Tragolargo Blanco is a wine from Alicante and produced with Moscatel and Malvasia grapes that are vinified spontaneously with a period of maceration on the skins. It is presented to the glass of a yellow color tending to orange. Nose that stands out for its delicious orange peel notes, which balance deliciously with the floral tones of the Moscatel grape. On the palate it is soft and of good freshness which makes it wonderful with food.

SP, from Subirat Parent, a vine related to Malvasia that Partida Creus saved from extinction. The vines grow on the clayey and calcareous soils of Catalonia. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel. Unfiltered. All nose is a burst of aromas of tropical fruit, sweet grapefruit, and lemon peel. On the palate it stands out for its freshness and minerality. A funky and charming wine.

Navaherreros Blanco is a white wine made from autochthonous grapes such as Albillo and Macabeo which come from old vines between the ages of 25 and 80. Refinement in used barrels for 12 months. The wine is not filtered or stabilized before being bottled. On the nose there are evident aromas of ripe yellow fleshed fruits, mineral, citrus and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is complex, balanced, fruity and fresh, with a long finish.
