EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Orange by Bodegas Cueva is a fresh and intense white wine, which the long maceration with the skins gives it volume and a great fruity expression. Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.

Conasbrancas by Fedellos do Couto is a wine produced with a prevalence of Doña grapes Blanca, Godello and Golgadeira grown on sandy and granite soils in the coldest area of the Ribeira Sacra. Fermented in whole bunches and 45 days of maceration on the skins. After vinification, it is left to rest for about eight months in oak barrels. A wine with fruity aromas and a fresh, full-bodied and intense sip with a long and mineral finish.

Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

Salicornio is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the Muscadel variety from Casa Balaguer-Vinessens. Blan 5.7 is a white wine produced with Parellada and Maccabeu grapes by Jordi Llorens in Blancafort, in the Conca de Barberà. The nose is very fragrant, with hints of Mediterranean fruit and citrus. On the palate it is very silky, dry, with a good acidity that makes it very refreshing.
