Ligreza is a wonderful orange wine made from pure white grapes that make a maceration of 20 days on the skins. Refine on its fine lees for several months in steel tanks. No filtration before bottling. Ligreza gives us a bright golden yellow color. The nose reveals hints of ripe yellow fruits, notes of exotic fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate it has a good structure, well balanced, with vibrant freshness and an excellent finish.

Kamara Winery's Retsina Traditional is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. A wine known since ancient times, it is produced with the addition, during fermentation, of small pieces of Aleppo pine resin from the mountains of the island of Evia, which give the retsina its unique character and aroma. The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is white wine obtained from Priè Blanc grapes that come from vineyards located on sandy soil at an altitude of 1200 meters s.l.m. Peter Lauer's Riesling Faß 2 is a light and fresh wine, frank and crunchy on the palate, at the same time long and persistent in the finish. The Pantagruel by La Cantina Di Cunéaz is a 100% Gewurtztraminer white wine. Refines for 4 months in oak barrels, and then 9 months in large barrels. No chemical adjustments such as clarification or filtration. The result is a well-rounded wine, full and opulent but with a straight and dry finish, an excellent liquid correspondence to this mountain climate.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Fresh and with good salt, it moves smoothly in the mouth, leaving the palate clean, satisfied and inebriated by citrus and mineral aromas. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. It is a well-structured wine with aromas of yellow pulp fruits, jasmine flowers and notes of acacia honey. In the mouth the acidity is quite marked and the mineral texture makes it very interesting to drink.
