Domaine Philippe Gilbert’s Menetou-Salon Clos des Treilles Blanc is an elegant, mineral white wine from historic vineyards on Kimmeridgian soil in Parassy. It is vinified in large oak casks (*foudres*) and aged on fine lees, followed by a period in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. On the palate, it is broad, fresh, and taut, with a saline finish and a slight touch of bitterness.

Le Berceau des Fées is a crystalline wine to say the least, with a super expressive and clear nose, clear with aromas of flowers and aromatic herbs.
