FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

The Greco by L'Archetipo is a white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. Aging in steel without ever filtering or adding any kind. Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. "Raiz" is a Portuguese white fresco and mineral wine that comes from pure Loureiro grapes. It has a straw yellow color. On the nose you can recognize salty notes, hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as green apple. On the palate it is fresco, juicy, with a lively salinity.

"Tonsur" is a fresh and territorial white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. After aging in used tonneaux and in steel, it is characterized by a straw yellow color.
