JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Go down and don't notice.

The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

The "Guccione's "T" Vino Bianco is a wine produced using white grapes from vineyards cultivated in biodynamic. Fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 2 days. The aging continues in the same tanks for 6 months. The "T" is straw yellow in color tending to golden. On the nose intriguing hints of white flowers, citrus and notes of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, fruity with a beautiful freshness and perfectly balanced. Closes with a persistent finish.

Unico by Casa Caterina is a white wine of great character and depth. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts and maceration for about 8 days. Refine for 3 years in concrete tanks before being put on the market. The nose expresses an olfactory delicacy with hints of yellow pulp fruit and flowers. On the palate it is dry, with a good acid and mineral vein, a long finish with a typical bitter sensation.

Skerk's Ograde is a macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Vitovska, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Pinot grigio grapes. Aging on the fine lees for 12 months in 550l wooden barrels and 15-20 hl vats. A wine with citrus aromas and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied with good acidity and long persistence.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.

Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco Sivi is a macerated white wine based on Pinot grigio. The nose has intense aromas of macerated fruit, citrus peel, and notes of spices, resin and acacia honey. The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The sip is dry, soft and full-bodied, with excellent flavor, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.
