Friulano - Marco Sara

Marco Sara's Friulano is a white wine with pleasant floral and fruity aromas with a fresh and juicy sip with elegant mineral notes. The grapes come from old vines that are found on marly soils rich in clays. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar the bunches are pressed whole, without destemming. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging on the fine lees from 6 to 8 months depending on the vintage. Bottling: spring or autumn following the harvest.

Serving

it is advisable to taste it at a temperature of 8/10° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left in the cellar a few years can give great emotions.

The cellar of Marco Sara Savorgnano is located in the tower, in provinica of Udine, in the westernmost part and even more cold of the eastern hills of Friuli.
