“Untitled” by Villa Job is a white wine based on pure Friulano, perhaps the most representative grape variety of Friuli. For Villa Job this wine is the symbol of their region, a work of art so unique that it cannot be renamed with alternative names. for this reason it is called Untitled. the vinification is carried out with spontaneous fermentations and a two-day maceration on the skins, in concrete vats. Refine in barrique for 9 months before being bottled without filtration. A wine that gives the nose rich and complex aromas, with notes of ripe fruit, flowers and minerals, followed by a soft and slightly tannic sip, with good balance and gustatory persistence.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes.
