Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware. Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. SM di La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Marsanne and Sauvignon grapes, which come from old vineyards located on Villafranchiani soils in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault).
