PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.

Grappoli del Grillo is a Grillo-based white wine. The color is intense straw yellow. The nose shows fruity and floral aromas with nuances of wild flowers and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is fleshy, balanced, fresh with a slightly almond finish.

Fiano Sohpia is a wine with a marked flavor and a lashing vein of freshness that is vinified with long macerations in 200-liter amphorae for over a year. The nose is intense and complex with aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits and flowers, marked mineral and brackish qualities. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, material, slightly tannic and excellent persistence.

Masieri Bianco is a wine whose purpose is the immediacy and ease of drinking produced using the grapes of the Garganega and Trebbiano vines. It is vinified in stainless steel and bottled in April or May of the following year, with a minimum amount of sulphites added before bottling. The nose is fruity, with hints of apple, ripe grapes and chlorophyll. In the mouth it is alive with good aromaticity and strong acidity that supports the fruit.

The Karamarè embodies all the essence of the Sardinian land. A wine of great personality that comes from a vinification of local white grapes. Navaherreros Blanco is a white wine made from autochthonous grapes such as Albillo and Macabeo which come from old vines between the ages of 25 and 80. Refinement in used barrels for 12 months. The wine is not filtered or stabilized before being bottled. On the nose there are evident aromas of ripe yellow fleshed fruits, mineral, citrus and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is complex, balanced, fruity and fresh, with a long finish.

Vitoska by Skerk is a macerated white wine made from Vitovska grapes, a native variety closely linked to the territory and local traditions. Refines one year in barriques before being bottled.
