Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. It is a well-structured wine with aromas of yellow pulp fruits, jasmine flowers and notes of acacia honey. In the mouth the acidity is quite marked and the mineral texture makes it very interesting to drink.

Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass. A rather interesting Austrian rock wine.

The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Eichenberg by Pierre Frick is a wine whose grapes come from the Eichberg vineyard which is facing south-east at an altitude between 220 and 340 m. The soil is essentially made up of calcareous conglomerates and Oligocene marls. Simona Orsini's Torbo is a macerated wine that stands out for its strong character and complexity.
