The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete.
