Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

No Name (Mlecnik has not given a name to the wine) is the wine that is produced to replace the Cuveè Anna, which will not be released this year due to the hail and frosts that have destroyed most of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for 4 days and aging in large oak barrels of different sizes, from 500 to 3000 liters.

Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.

Gardelin is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes. The vineyard extends for just under one hectare, with very low yields that are around 35 quintals / ht.
