“Aurora” by I Vigneri is a splendid elegant and mineral wine made from local white grapes. Its name, "Aurora", that is Alba, also indicates a small and graceful butterfly native to Etna, represented on the label and at risk of extinction. After harvesting by hand, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats using only indigenous yeasts. Subsequently it refines in the same containers for several months.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.

Nero d'Avola "Siccagno" by Arianna Occhipinti is a red wine with a dark ruby color that comes from vines over 40 years old. The nose expresses notes of dark fruit, such as plum, blackberry and black currant, hints of tobacco, liquorice and myrtle. "P" is a wine produced using red grapes from vineyards grown in biodynamic with an average age of 20 years. Fermentation is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The refinement continues for 12 months of aging in oak barrels. Guccione's "P" is intense ruby red in color. The nose recognizes hints of red fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant, full-bodied, round, with integrated tannin. Closes with a long and balanced finish.
