Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.

The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.

Inquieto Rosso by Masseria Case Rosse is a red wine that comes from grapes that come from a small vineyard of about half a hectare of about 70 years. Refine one year in old 500 liter wooden barrels. It gives an olfactory bouquet rich in ripe red and black fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry, enriched with spices, tertiary scents and minerality. “Erbatino” by Gueli It owes its name to the chalky soils rich in minerals, which in the local dialect are called “Erbatino”. Produced with Nero d'Avola grapes, it is vinified in concrete tanks, and refines for at least two years in oak barrels. It offers balsamic aromas to the nose from which various notes of aromatic herbs emerge, while in the background a light fruity nuance makes room. The taste is warm and consistent, guided by an evident but never invasive tannic texture.

Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes. It takes its name from the “Limestone” soils of the Scintilla, rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine great freshness and drinkability. The refinement takes place for 24-30 months in wooden barrels with a capacity of 220 liters, and then, after bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months in glass. A wine that gives hints of ripe cherry, which are followed by notes of aromatic and balsamic herbs. At the sip it is of excellent body, with a decisive and elegant sip, characterized by a good freshness.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.
