Inquieto Rosso by Masseria Case Rosse is a red wine that comes from grapes that come from a small vineyard of about half a hectare of about 70 years. Refine one year in old 500 liter wooden barrels. It gives an olfactory bouquet rich in ripe red and black fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry, enriched with spices, tertiary scents and minerality. On the palate the tannic texture is well organized, as is the balance and the persistence is elegant. Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.

SP68 Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine that best expresses the personality of Sicily. Born from a blend of Albanello and Zibibbo. It has a straw yellow color. Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.
