The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. "Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. Fanino Serragghia is a red wine obtained from white and red Pignatello and Catarratto grapes, which come from vineyards located on volcanic soil, which together with the marine influence of the island of Pantelleria give the wine a deep and three-dimensional salinity. “Aurora” by I Vigneri is a splendid elegant and mineral wine made from local white grapes. Its name, "Aurora", that is Alba, also indicates a small and graceful butterfly native to Etna, represented on the label and at risk of extinction.
