Calvados barrel-aged Cider by berryland is a blend of the best ciders of 2018. It is aged for 6 months in barrels previously used for the production of Calvados. The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

FThe Macvin du Jura by Domaine de la Tournelle is the classic fortified wine from the Jura, produced from Chardonnay grapes to which Marc du Jura is added, the area's spirit traditionally aged for around 24 months in barrels. During fermentation this brandy is added to block it and leave a natural sugar residue. The Macvin du Jura by Domaine de la Tournelle is a truly niche product, which is aged for up to 7 years in wooden barrels. In the mouth it is fine and delicate, it shows a nice sweet component contrasted with an excellent acid backbone and savory texture.

Pascaud Villfranche's Sauternes is a wonderful wine obtained from a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Fermentation and aging in oak barriques.
