Attraction Vdf by Cabaret des Oiseaux is a pure Chardonnay that proves exceptional for its depth and liveliness. The grapes come from the municipality of Saint-Lothain where we find soils composed of gray and white marl. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentations and aging in barriques. It could be your best wine tasted this year.

Service

We recommend to taste it at a temperature of 10/12° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately to drink immediately but will express its best in a few years. It is advisable to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool, damp and dark cellar.

Pairing

Wine perfect with main courses of fish, to try with lasagne with zucchini.

Cabaret des Oiseaux is located in Saint-Lothain in the Jura region of France. The company was founded in 2017 by Jude and Lucile with the aim of producing natural wines. From the beginning, the viticultural approach aimed to eliminate insecticides and chemical fertilizers, and soon moved towards organic farming, although without claiming official certification. Today they cultivate approximately 2 hectares of property, with the greatest respect for their marly-limestone terroir. The winemaking follows rigorous principles and values: manual harvesting, demanding sorting, traditional pressing, no exogenous yeasts, parcel vinification and long times. Objective: the search for expressive naturalness and authenticity. In all, an average of just 5000 bottles a year!
