Maceratum 2019 - Fongoli
Maceratum di Fongoli is a macerated white wine obtained with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in open vats with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day. Cellar: Fongoli
Fongoli The company is located on one of the tops of the hills of Montefalco, in San Marco. Carried out by the same family that runs for about four generations is composed of a single building, where the cellar and the house, surrounded by about thirty hectares of vines. The vineyards are south / east and south / west and rest on medium-textured soils clayey, some vineyards, especially those of Sagrantino, reaching an average age of forty. The cultivated varieties are Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Sagrantino and Merlot for red and Trebbbiano for whites.
