Fongoli The company is located on one of the tops of the hills of Montefalco, in San Marco. Carried out by the same family that runs for about four generations is composed of a single building, where the cellar and the house, surrounded by about thirty hectares of vines. The vineyards are south / east and south / west and rest on medium-textured soils clayey, some vineyards, especially those of Sagrantino, reaching an average age of forty. The cultivated varieties are Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Sagrantino and Merlot for red and Trebbbiano for whites. In the vineyard, follow the organic philosophy with the total estrangement of any chemical form while in the cellar, the fermentations are spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and refinements avvengo in steel tanks or for wines that reflect the local tradition, in large barrels .
