We taste it 16/18° C. It is recommended to serve it in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions.
Pairings
This wines combines with first-class, rich and tasty pasta dishes, to be tried with a thick octopus.
Winery: Damien Bureau
The Damien Bureau winery is located in Champ-sur-Layon, in the Loire. Over time, Damien has earned a reputation as one of Anjou's most interesting vignerons. His adventure in the world of wine began in the early 2000s, when he began collaborating with some domaines scattered throughout France. But it was only after meeting Sebastien Dervieux in 2006 that he decided to put down roots in Anjou Today Damien owns approximately 4 hectares, mainly cultivated with Pineau d'Aunis, Chenin Blanc and Grolleau plants. The wines are produced without any added chemicals, and all mature in fiberglass with the exception of sweet wines which mature in barrels. His production is small and uncompromising, producing wines of pure integrity that have extraordinary strength and vitality. As well as tending to his vineyards, he has also taken over the running of the premium wine fair, Les Anonymes, in Angers.
