ACeci n'est pas un blonde Blanc by Andrea Calek is an irresistible pét nat produced with a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It is a wine with very fine bubbles that gives the nose aromas of white flowers, dried fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and sapid. Flexible wine, which can be uncorked in any situation.

Service

We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 10/12° in tulip glasses. Wine that can be drunk immediately but will express its best in a few years. It is recommended to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool, damp and dark cellar.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, good with red meat dishes, well-seasoned pasta, fried food of good fish with sausage and lentils.

Cellar: Andrea Calek

Andrea Calek is a winemaker of Czech origin who traveled the length and breadth of Europe in a caravan before settling in France in 2007, in Valvignières, in the heart of the Ardèche. Andrea cultivates about 5 hectares of vines located in a radius of just a few hundred meters around the cellar, where on soils of clayey-calcareous origin, there are plants of syrah, grenache, carignan, viognier and chardonnay. The vinification takes place without any use of chemicals, and the fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Andrea's goal is to preserve the fruit in all its splendour. His wines are uncompromising bottles, with a splendid acidity that gives them freshness and a high degree of drinkability. Production is close to 15,000 bottles, exported to Europe, the United States and Japan.
