Service
We recommend to taste it to a 10/12° temperature in large balloon glasses. The Ognonostro Bianco has to be drunk immediately, but will express the best of themselves in a few years. It is advisable to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool cellar, damp and dark.

White wine goes well with vegetarian appetizers, in particular based on eggs, fish and soups.

Marco Tinessa is a young financial wizard who left Montemarano, in the province of Avellino, to emigrate to Milan. But despite living in the capital of Lombardy, has never forgotten that little vineyard which possesses in the district Torre in Montemarano. Mark decides to produce a pure wine that reflects the essence of the grape and terroir. biological Philosophy in the vineyard with low yields to 50 quintals per hectare for optimal ripening of the grapes.
