After manual harvesting, the bunches ferment spontaneously in steel thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, macerating in contact with the skins for three days; then we move on to the refinement phase, always done in steel for 8 months. Unfiltered before bottling. It has a golden yellow color. On the nose aromas of ripe fruit with mineral notes. On the palate it is pleasant, medium-bodied and very easy to drink.

Patchwork is a blend of Chardonnay from numerous small parcels, harvested by hand. The process takes place with whole bunches, followed by partial fermentation in steel and wood for about 9 months, with subsequent maturation in small woods. Malolactic, carried out to soften the powerful acidity, helps create a complex profile. It is an unfiltered and unclarified wine, which presents notes of citrus such as grapefruit on the attack, followed by hints of pastry and buttery due to aging in wood, giving a denser texture. The balance between the freshness of the citrus and the richness of the pastry makes it versatile: excellent both as an aperitif, even with oysters, and paired with white meats such as chicken.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters.
