Barbaresco Roncagliette by Olek Bondonio is a pure Nebbiolo in the Michet and Lampia sub-varieties, from 35-year-old vines to 280 meters above sea level. from the Roncagliette cru in the municipality of Barbaresco. Soft destemming and long maceration with the skins for almost a month. Refine in oak barrels of 10 and 15 hectoliters, where it remains for up to 20 months. Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Fermentation is spontaneous and there are no filtrations. Refine 15 months in wood. It is still one of the most compelling Pinots around.

A vintage from a single vineyard with a north-south orientation in Cramant, a village the family holds dear. Vines planted between 1962, 1986, and 1998 create a Champagne of character and elegance in the style of grandfather Guy Larmandier. Bright straw yellow, it offers aromas of brioche, butter, hawthorn, candied grapes, and toasted hazelnut. A wine with a clean attack and creamy effervescence, it is fruity and succulent on the palate, supported by a pure acidity and a savory finish. No dosage, 2,028 bottles produced.

The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. The Marguet Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.

Berteru Riserva is a powerful and elegant red wine made from Cannonau grapes which ages for two years of rest in small barrels. The eye gives a beautiful intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. The palate is warm and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft tannins and long persistence.
