Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature by Sylvie Spielmann is a wine from a harmonious blend of different grape varieties: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and ages on the lees for at least one year. Not dosed. A wine that at the end of its effervescence combines freshness and good structure with notes of ripe fruit. It is versatile and ideal to be consumed during informal aperitifs.

Maurice Choppin's Champagne L'Age Et La Raison is born from an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which come from old vines planted on a terroir with a strong presence of limestone in the village of Damery. Brut Cuveè 60 is an intense and complex classic method sparkling wine based on chardonnay. 60 months aging on the lees. It has a golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the palate the entrance is decided with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.
