The Crémant Extra Brut by Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a wine of great finesse, punctual in expressing a marked territorial hint, which comes from a skilful blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio. Vittorio Graziano's Brutsprintstin Spumante Brut is a tribute to the “Boss” by Vittorio, an idea born by chance during an evening with friends. PSL + Sui Lieviti PLUS by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines that are fermented in acacia barrels. After bottling in the spring, spontaneous refermentation begins. There is no disgorgement, therefore the wine is naturally cloudy on the yeasts. Golden / orange color, aromatic nose, intense, rich mouth, in balance between fruit, acidity and tannin that gives great persistence and helps to preserve the wine without having to resort to the use of sulphites.

The Blanc De Blancs of Divella is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level that rest on calcareous and clayey soils of ancient formation, rich in fossil material that gives minerality to the sparkling wine. Elegant and fragrant wine that is fermented in concrete tanks, barriques and tonneau, and which ages for at least 20 months on the lees, then dégorgement and in the bottle without adding diliqueur d'expedition.

Bergianti's "No Autoclave" is a wine that screams at the top of its lungs the tradition of refermented in Emilia, which is not an autoclave.
