The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast on the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.

The "Cuveè Nature" by Nicola Gatta is a satisfying and carefree sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with grapes from vineyards located 400 meters above sea level in Gussago. In the cellar, the vinification takes place through soft pressing of the grapes and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refine on its lees for 30 moons.

Ripa di Sopravento is a sparkling wine obtained from white grapes with the method of spontaneous refermentation in the bottle, as per the centuries-old tradition in Emilia and beyond. "Surlie" by Mirko Mriotti is a lively and dynamic sparkling red wine that comes from grapes of Fortana in purity. Purplish red color, slightly turbid with a good effervescence. Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

""RBL" dei I Clivi is an atypical sparkling wine. The second fermentation differs from the traditional charmat or classic methods as it takes place in the first fermentation. Towards the end of the fermentation, when the residual sugar is around 25 grams per litre, i.e. a quantity which, when dry, brings the pressure to 6/7 atmospheres, the tank is closed so that the CO2 released by the fermentation of the remaining sugar is trapped in wine. The wine is then left in the same tank to mature on the lees and after two months it is bottled at constant pressure. The sparkling wine made in this way maintains the primary aromas characteristic of the vine, all played on finesse and minerality.

Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle.
