Bett is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes and produced in just over 200 bottles. The grapes come from a vineyard that was planted between 1970 and 2000. Bett is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the nineteenth century, and means “sprout, throw”. It matures for about 6 months in terracotta amphorae, before being transferred to the bottle for refermentation. A wine that proves very fresh on the sip, with excellent acidity and gritty tannins, very drinkable.

Gargn'go is a lively and drinkable sparkling wine based on Garganega and Durella. It has a straw yellow color with an almost evanescent bubbles. On the nose notes of elderberry flowers, yellow berry fruits, citrus notes. The sip is lively, disruptive, supported by an excellent freshness that immediately entices a second taste.

Paltrinieri's Radice is a sparkling wine made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes from the Cristo di Sorbara vineyard. The refermentation occurs naturally in the bottle using only indigenous yeasts. A wine with a light ruby red color with intense and fine notes of violet and berries. Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria.
