Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. "Marc'Aurelio" is a red sparkling wine made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. After a maceration on the skins for 7 days, it is re-fermented in the bottle on its own yeasts with the first spring warms. It has a purple red color with a nice persistent foam. The nose tastes of red berry fruit like cherry and blackberry, followed by more earthy and vegetal scents.
