The Champagne Brut Reserve of Bérêche et Fils is a wine of great character, vibrant, of great complexity. It is a cuvée made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from old vineyards located both in the Vallèe de la Marne and in the Montagne de Reims. The vinification takes place partly in wood and partly in steel and, after a few months of aging on the lees, the assembly of the bases is created to which 35% of reserve wine from previous thousandths is added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with rest on the lees for at least 24 months before disgorgement.

The "BD'3C Brut Nature champagne by Bourgeois-Diaz is obtained from a cuveè composed of the 3 classic champagne vines; Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, hence the name of the Cuveè 3C champagne. The base wine is aged for about 40% in wood. Second fermentation of at least 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. It has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. Marguet Extra Brut Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.
