Black Hole by Tenuta Demaio is made from Primitivo grapes. Refermented in the bottle using the same must as the base. The yeasts present in the bottle guarantee continuous refinement until it is drunk. We recommend drinking it cloudy, it is a delight for both the nose and the palate.

Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

""RBL" dei I Clivi is an atypical sparkling wine. The second fermentation differs from the traditional charmat or classic methods as it takes place in the first fermentation. Towards the end of the fermentation, when the residual sugar is around 25 grams per litre, i.e. a quantity which, when dry, brings the pressure to 6/7 atmospheres, the tank is closed so that the CO2 released by the fermentation of the remaining sugar is trapped in wine. The wine is then left in the same tank to mature on the lees and after two months it is bottled at constant pressure. The sparkling wine made in this way maintains the primary aromas characteristic of the vine, all played on finesse and minerality.

Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. The Perfranco is a fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Azimut Cava Blanc Brut Nature by Suriol is a sparkling wine resulting from an assembly of classic native varieties used for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Malvasia "Levante 90" is a sparkling wine produced with the method of refermentation in bottle from Malvasia di Candia and Spergola grapes. It has a bright straw yellow color.
