Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The bottling takes place by gravity. A wine that offers a fragrant, mineral and pleasantly articulated sip. ColFondo Agricolo Colli Treviagiani IGT di Bele Casel is a sparkling wine obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, a traditional method of the Asolo hills for many generations. The grapes used are Glera and local varieties such as Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera, which grow on marly-clayey soils. The nose perfumes are constantly evolving, fresh and fruity aromas in the first months of life, after the year from the date of bottling complexity and intensity are the masters. The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. Naolta is a sparkling wine obtained with the technique of fermentation in the bottle using white grapes. It has a pale straw yellow color with a fine and persistent foam. Did you know that Pinot Gris can produce excellent classic method sparkling wines? SYLVIE SPIELMANN, in her native terroir of Bergheim, Alsace, provides irrefutable proof of this with the “Ang'Ailes” cuvée, the fruit of the 2020 harvest. It is a classic method made with 50% Pinot Gris vinified off the skins and 50% macerated on the skins. Indeed, the color is ineffable: a full, dark orange, almost coral, with a vinous, dark aroma of wholemeal bread and spices. The palate is upright, authoritative, broad, and structured. The finish features a captivating hint of quince and a hint of sugar (just 4.3 grams!) to subtly round out a full, flavorful drink. The Agricolo Ancestrale is the result of Maurizio and Fabiola's passion for their little house in the mountains at 420 meters in the middle of the Belluno woods, in an atmosphere of nature, biodiversity and transparency. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color. The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed.
